Join us at the Kapok Hotel on March 15 2018 for our Second Annual Leadership Conference. The 2018 Conference is entitled Lead Your Team To Win:The Power of Collaborative Leadership.

This workshop explores how leaders use collaboration to lead teams to greater productivity.  In this VUCA ( volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world nothing is as it was.  Changes on the global scene hit the local market faster and in more dramatic ways.  Team members have greater access to data, live on the edge of world trends and want more and demand more.  Add to that the impatience of the millennials. What impact does this have on leadership?  The way that we led and the leadership qualities that worked before have less impact and we instinctively know that we need a new way.

Our leadership challenge becomes “How do we engage team members in this fast changing environment?”  It is time for us to invite team members to co-create the vision, co-sense what is the next activity and to collaborate with us as we lead them.

In the workshop we share theories , research and our experience and create the space to invite you to do that same.  We want to see and hear you at the workshop so that together we can collaborate and co-creat the experience.
